OH IO !!!!!

There are lots of interesting bugs/ants here. Yesterday we noticed a lot of anthills had popped up after the rain. Cindy got some great pics of ants and a strange bug. We visited the 45th Infantry Museum yesterday afternoon - lots of Army equipment and artifacts. They also had some of Hitler's things - tableclothes, dishes, books. And a lot of guns. The boys loved it. Then we went to Carl & Viv's house and decided against the Octoberfest tent in the heat (heat index 103. Yikes!) and went to a great restaurant named Pelicans. Had great food & a great time.


We are headed to Chad and Mae's today to watch OSU beat Florida. OH IO!!

But first...we moved the motorhome to the dump station this morning which takes a little preparation - gotta undo the leveling jacks, put the slideout in, unhook the electric and water, secure things, etc. After we were back in our spot and had pretty much reversed the above a dude (the campground manager) informed us we were at previously reserved space(for him or one of his friends) and we had to move. Rick, Don and Shing tried to bribe him but we are indeed moved to a new spot. Amazing. The dude's consolation prize - one free night. We are not impressed but as Rick said - the dude wasn't backing down so here we are. May be a little more shade but this site is still a little damp from the rain and we have little children and big dogs as new neighbors. Rick and Shing are making a run for ice and dinner provisions. Karl and Viv are coming for a steak dinner this evening. We are ready to tailgate and cheer OSU on. Go Bucks!!
